Youth Recreation

Richmond Hill Soccer Club offers programs for all skill levels including Recreation, Academy and Select programs. Our teams build on long-term, progressive development of individual players learning to play in a team environment.

Our Recreation program is designed to provide an enjoyable and exciting soccer experience with the object of having fun while learning more about the basic skills of soccer while our Academy and Select programs demonstrate consistently high performance in the leagues in which they participate. 

Richmond Hill Soccer Club’s Recreation program is available for those 5 years old (U6) to 16 years old (U17). Of the three options, recreational soccer is the least expensive.

U6 (Birth year 2020 and 2019) Registration is $190 (includes new new uniform kit)

U8 (Birth year 2018 and 2017) Registration is $200 (includes new uniform kit)

U10 (Birth year 2016 and 2015) Registration is $210 (includes new uniform kit)

U12 (Birth year 2014 and 2013) Registration is $225 (includes new uniform kit)

U14/16 (Birth year 2012, 2011, 2010 and 2009) Registration is $230 (includes new uniform kit)
U17 (Birth year 2008) Registration is $230 (includes new uniform kit)

RHSC is at the beginning of a new uniform cycle for Fall 2024 and the uniform kit will remain through Spring 2026. The uniform cost is $90 and is included. The Recreation uniform consists of two jerseys, shorts, and socks There is a $90 fee for the uniform and, again it is added to the registration fee for each age division. There will be several days scheduled for uniform pick up. See your email confirmation for dates and details. The confirmation email contains date and additional information. It arrives as soon as you complete payment.

Please consider volunteering to coach your child's team. The recreation program relies solely on Head Coach volunteers! There are no assistant coach positions. Should you choose to be a volunteer head coach a team, the fee for the uniform is not rebated back to you as an incentive.

Soccer practices can take place any evening Monday through Friday. Games will be held on Saturdays.

There are options to select a day for practice, indicate a day you cannot practice and U6 and U8 players may also select teammates. Please select carefully as requests made after registration has closed may not be granted.

To register login to Play Metrics. If you have played with RHSC in a previous season, you will not need to create a new account. If you are new to the program, you will need to create a Play Metrics account: Create Play Metrics Account.

If player played in Fall 2024, the uniform fee will not be included in registration, however, you must use the same account to register for the upcoming season.

This Spring we are planning on creating as many all girl teams as possible. This is a great way for us to start building with our youngest age groups. We can not guarantee that these teams will only play each other but will do our best.
